If you train seriously, you know the feeling: weeks of honest effort, and no clear way to tell whether it actually worked. We built TPF because we were tired of guessing too — and because the answer has been sitting in the research for a decade. We just put it in your pocket.
Why we built it.
Every serious lifter has felt it: you’ve trained hard for eight weeks and you still aren’t sure whether the programme actually did what you thought it did. Most apps don’t help with that — they count sets and call it a day. 3×10 of bench gets the same credit as 3×10 of cable flyes, regardless of load, rest, or proximity to failure. We built TPF because that’s not how training actually works.
The literature has known better for a decade. Most apps still ignore it. TPF encodes it — every set scored, every weighting traceable to a paper, none of it guessed.
